The staff is fantastic. Very sweet people. They treat you as a patient rather than just another patient. They are also incredibly thorough and informative. The first time I went and they did an initial exam (which is extremely thorough and checks for things I hadn’t even known they could check for) they explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. That’s a big thing too: they explain why. They don’t just say, “You should do this cause I said so and it’s good for you.” They explain why they’re telling you to do it and why it’s good for you. It shows that they’re well informed about their practice and the at they care for you. They also go above and beyond by offering possible care options they may not be able to perform. These can be things you can do at home or things other professionals might be able to do. They let you be in control though, which is nice. You’re informed enough to make your own decisions. Overall, they’re amazing 🙂
I’ve been going to Dr. Betty Jo Shoppe since 2018 on a recommendation from a friend. Simply put, amazing. When Dr. Shoppe fixes one of my dental problems, it is fixed, not just filled. That’s the key difference and why Dr. Shoppe and her team have my complete trust and in speaking to anyone who has gone there, they say the same thing. I am seriously convinced that you’ll get no better care or treatment anywhere. She is simply the best.
